We’re less than a week away from Christmas, on this edition of The Arts Section we’ve got some holiday features. Host Gary Zidek talks to the composer and librettist behind the new Christmas-themed opera, BECOMING SANTA CLAUS, that’s making its Chicago premiere. The Dueling Critics, Kerry Reid and Jonathan Abarbanel, will join Gary to review a new theatrical production that was co-created by world renowned chef Rick Bayless. Later, Gary visits the Hyde Park-based Seminary Co-Op book stores to get some ideas for some last minute book gifts. And Gary catches up with some local carolers who were spreading cheer.
