Announcing Kind of Brew Coffee!

WDCB is partnering with Big Shoulders Coffee to release Kind of Brew (get it?). This is a single-origin coffee from Brazil.

A portion of the sale of every bag of Kind of Brew will benefit WDCB. Thank you to Big Shoulders Coffee for supporting WDCB!

“We listen to WDCB all day long, and wanted to do something to help support ‘Chicago’s Home for Jazz!’ So we did what we do best… We created a WDCB coffee!” says Big Shoulder Coffee owner Tim Coonan.

Director of Sales, Dave Marsalek, says “Kind of Brew is currently available in all five of our cafés, and we are expanding distribution soon to include other retail outlets throughout Chicagoland.”

Join us at the West Town cafe of Big Shoulders Coffee on June 1 for our Launch Party for Kind of Brew coffee. The event is free and open to the public. There’ll be coffee sampling, live jazz from guitarist Neal Alger’s Brazilian Duo, a live broadcast, and of course a chance to buy your very own bag of Kind of Brew to take home. The first 50 persons in the door will receive a free WDCB Coffee Mug.
