Happy New Year! On this edition of The Arts Section, we’ll look back at 2018.  Host Gary Zidek sits down with Mark Kelly, the Commissioner of Chicago’s Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events for a conversation about the recently completed “Year of Creative Youth” and the upcoming “Year of Chicago Theatre”.
