This past Sunday on The Arts Section, host Gary Zidek got an up close look inside Tailwinds Distilling. The Plainfield-based operation is one of only a handful of Midwest distilleries making rum and agave spirits. He also caught up with Chicago resident Rachelyn Primm, who's one-woman comedy/rocabilly show just debuted at Martyrs'.
