Survey Reveals Illinois Small Business Anxieties
About three-quarters of Illinois small businesses say recapturing lost business from the pandemic is their biggest concern. The National Federation of Independent Business surveyed its members in Illinois, 72% said their biggest challenge is getting customers back in the doors. About 70% said they are concerned about complying with health and safety regulations. Mark Grant, the Federation’s Illinois chairman says its survey showed members would like to see a quicker re-opening of businesses:The state is scheduled to allow more people to gather at the end of the week.
