Andy Pierce

Andy Pierce is a longtime supporter of the music, including volunteer efforts for the Elastic Arts Foundation and Fred Anderson's Velvet Lounge. He helped Anderson relocate his historic club and traveled with the great tenor saxophonist for concerts and festivals in Detroit, Kansas City, New York and Paris. A key player in getting Fred Anderson Park built and named in Chicago’s South Loop, Pierce helps program the park's stage each summer as a volunteer for Birdhouse Inc.
