WDCB adds two programs in 2016!

First the bad news…  two of our favorite shows, “Riverwalk Jazz” (Saturday at 10am) and “Song Travels” (Tuesday at 7pm) have both ceased production at the end of 2015. 

Now the good news!!  WDCB announces production of two new local programs!  On Saturdays from 10-11am we welcome back John Burnett, your ‘British-American Buddy’, to host his new program “Basically Burnett” with big bands, vocalists and more. It will be great to have John back in the studio!  And on Tuesdays from 7-8pm, Steve Rashid will host “Chicago Jazz Live” featuring Chicago jazz musicians recorded live at the Whiskey Lounge in Evanston. We hope you will check out our two new programs.

Fans of “Riverwalk Jazz” will be happy that even though the show is no longer being produced, there are years of programs in the archives that can be streamed for free!  (…and a TON of Bonus Content!)  Riverwalk is making these programs available on a rotating basis from its website: http://riverwalkjazz.stanford.edu/
